The Principle of Communication: I need to be constantly improving my communication skills by verbally expressing my needs, seeking to understand others and becoming an active listener.

Many of us have never learned the truest concept of communication. We are constantly trying to convince and persuade others to our point of view. We argue, many times simply to win an argument. Many times we even forget what we are arguing about but we know we must win.

Making Things Right

When we live according to our own plans and desires it is inevitable that we will hurt others along the way. Whether the hurt caused was physical, emotional, spiritual or financial, we must make it right if we are to continue the process of making ourselves truly successful. How can we be truly successful if we have left a ton of wreckage in our past? We can’t!

When practicing this fundamental it is important to remember all people we may have harmed. Even things that we think were insignificant may have really hurt someone else and therefore ourselves in the process. We must be thorough and honest with ourselves in order to make ourselves free from the past.
